What he set you up appeared to be the standard cop "chump" job.... My response: Thanks for your info -- which explains much that has happened around here -- for the past four years. I have had to dodge police cars, am surveilled by all store security people, was almost set up in the Fair Oaks Shopping Mall by what I had assumed was off-duty police serving as security for the mall, and any number of incidents -- including being grazed by a car, etc. Yesterday while biking on the nearby bike trail I was almost run over by a civilian-clad horseman with official looking equipment on a galloping horse. Every time I go out to the trail an auto starts up and backs out in front of me just as I reach the back of the car -- the same happens when I return from biking. If this happens a few times then it could be happenstance -- but not dozens of times especially when there is only one other car in the lot. But harassment occurs daily. The CIA maintains close liaison relationships with local and national (and now private?) police forces -- the harassment began with the publication of CIABASE (reviews) and initially consisted of audio monitoring and when I became aware of this, with harassing and threatening phone calls. I protested to the President and DCI Deutch (and to the Herndon authorities). I requested an FOIA search of CIA records -- about 16 months ago, but the search will not be completed for about another 16 months. I protested to the Government's Special Council for whistleblowers. It responded and said I had a legitimate claim but it was enjoined from investigating CIA illegalities.... At one point I compiled a list of dozens of incidents but this is too time consuming so do not have a cuurent list.
