TAKEN FROM THE DALLAS TIMES HERALD, 11/24/63

...as police prepared to transfer Oswald...to the county jail 
on Sunday, they indicated there was little hope at that point 
of obtaining a confession of the President's murder.

Another employee of the firm (TSBD) was interviewed at length 
Saturday after appearing voluntarily.  Capt. W.P. Gannaway  
of the Police Department's Special Services Bureau said this 
man's name has been in the subversive files of the department 
since 1955.  He was not jailed and police said he was not 
arrested.
