Subject: KATY railyard sold

The Dallas Morning News wrote today that the old KATY 
railyard, the area behind the Grassy Knoll, was sold.  This 
area is between Record, Ross, Pacific and the KATY (Kansas-
Texas RR) track.  This will become part of the West End enter-
tainment section of Dallas.  This covers 8.5 undeveloped acres 
directly behind the TSBD Building.
