The Review Board has asked for an additional year, meaning into 1998, in
their 1996 budget request but they need our support.  Copies of this
report are available from the Board.  There was an email advisory about
this budget report March 5th.  Please write to the following congressional
representatives who chair two powerful committees that will decide if the
ARRB continues to exist.
