On tonight's "Rivera Live" on CNBC, Geraldo Rivera relates that Robert
Groden will be a witness testifying that the photo of OJ Simpson wearing
Bruno Magli shoes is a fake.

Rivera recalls Groden's 1975 appearance on ABC's "Good Night America" when
Rivera, impressed by the backward head snap, allowed the Zapruder film to
be played on network for the first time. However, Rivera relates that he
has since come to believe that the initial head movement is forward and
this and the subsequent backward movement are consistent with a shot from
behind.

Rivera also mentioned that Groden's insistence that the backyard photos
are fakes places him out of the mainstream and on the fringe of
assassination research. Because of these positions, Rivera believes Groden
will be humiliated on the stand.

This program aired at 9pm EST and re-airs at 12am EST on CNBC, Wednesday 
evening.
